At Eagle Smoked Salmon we only use the freshest
North Atlantic Salmon. We smoke our
salmon with peach wood from the western slope
of Colorado. Cured with brown sugar, salt
and other spices, with no artificial color, flavoring
or preservatives, smoked
and shipped the same week, to assure freshness.
EAGLE SMOKED SALMON was founded by Andrew Osborne a native of Scotland.
Andrew was born and raised in Inverness Scotland. (Scottish smoked salmon is renowned for it's excellence through out the world) working as a chef in top class restaurants, using and preparing some of the finest smoked salmon in the world. Andrew moved to Vail Colorado in 1986, worked as an executive chef in the Vail valley, and could not find the quality of smoked salmon of that found in Scotland. So in 1994 started Eagle Smoked Salmon.
We specialize in making Smoked Salmon fresh, in the traditional Scottish style.
